When Lacey Lynn cheats on her diet, she likes to do cardio 3 or 4 times a day. We think that’s a bit obsessive, but you’re not going to get a body like Lacey without being a bit obsessive.

“My diet is clean all year round,” Lacey stated, “I eat lots of protein, veggies and watch my carb intake. I eat five to six meals a day which keeps my metabolism burning. I do cheat though, sometimes I have a weakness for cold cereal and candy, but my cheating is very minimal especially when I have to dial in for a shoot, competition or promotional work.”

And what happens when Lacey does cheat (on her diet, that is)?

“I will do 3 to 4 sessions of cardio daily if I have to drop weight quick,” Lacey said, “If I’m not getting ready for a show or shoot. I drop it to once to twice a day. I usually do 30 to 45 minute sessions.”
